Collaborated with Tucker-Moore to develop copy for a family of rebranded brochures that could be used across the student housing portfolio of American Campus Communities. Separate templates were designed and written for high-end-, mid-level-, and value properties, and market level. Creative was extended to websites designs, advertising, flyers, and email templates, among others.
